EXECUTIVE COACHING · 1:1 · IN PERSON & VIRTUAL
The next chapter doesn't write itself.
Executive coaching at Bloom is built on the Bloom Development Approach®—one integrated method that develops all five areas of your life: your sense of self, your profession, your wellness, your relationships, and your purpose. It's especially powerful through career transitions—a new role, a succession, a sale, a next act. Confidential one-on-one work with a coach who has led, built, and navigated these same crossroads for over 15 years—and who will tell you the truth, kindly, when no one else on your payroll will.
"The experience has been worth every penny and more." — Meagan Owen, Chief Strategy Officer, Eastern Industrial Supplies
Based in Charlotte, NC · coaching leaders across the Southeast and Midwest, in person and virtually.
You've done the hard part—built the business, earned the title, proven you can perform. But somewhere in your 40s or 50s, the questions quietly change. It's no longer "Can I succeed?" It's "What is all of this building toward?" Your health. The people you love. The team that depends on you. The legacy you'll actually leave. And a business that still needs you at your best. Most executive coaching sharpens your work skills and stops there. That's the problem—because you're not just a title, and this next stage won't be won at the office alone.
Confidential 1:1 sessions on your cadence Personalized BDA® assessment & development plan across all five areas Between-session support and honest accountability
The leaders who do this work get their time back. Their teams hit flow. Their businesses grow. And they walk into the next chapter clear about where they're going—and confident they'll get there. You already know something needs to shift—that's why you're reading this. Let's talk about what's next.

PEER ADVISORY · INVITATION ONLY
The room you can't find on your own.
You're not short on advice—you're buried in it. Inside your business, every opinion—right or wrong—comes with an agenda attached. Family? Same thing. Friends and community mean well, and their advice can even be good—but they don't live your day-to-day, and let's be honest: you're only telling them one side of the story. They're advising on the version they hear. So after all those voices, the biggest calls of your career still land on your desk—without a decision you feel fully confident about. That's the problem Bloom's Business Growth Groups exist to solve: a room that lives what you live, hears the whole story, and has one agenda—common success. Think of it as a board of directors, a peer advisory, and an accountability group in one—and every room is engineered.
Membership is by invitation only. Every candidate goes through our five-step process—interview, deep-dive for fit, member connection, values & perspective assessment, invitation—because one wrong seat changes the whole room. You can't hire this kind of honesty, and you can't stumble into this kind of room. You have to be placed in it.
Each group is curated around its founding member and built on the science of personality. Members are matched for shared values and needs—with deliberately different perspectives—so the trust that usually takes years happens almost immediately. Non-competing. Completely confidential. Your equals, on purpose. And this is no casual roundtable. Every member is trained in Bloom's coaching process: how to ask the tough questions you need to hear, dig past the surface to the root of the issue, and hold you accountable to the actions and results you said you wanted. It's also built for how leaders actually operate:
Six to eight members—never more. Competitors run groups of twelve to fifteen. Who wins there—them, or you? Two hours, once a month. Built for time-restricted executives. Each session, two leaders take the hot seat for a full hour each—the room's undivided attention on your issue, efficient, effective, and straight to the root. Because accountability is easy to slide past when you're the one at the top—who holds the leader accountable? In this room, your peers do. A coach of your own. Every member meets 1:1 with a Bloom coach quarterly, because leaders need coaches too.
