When we first met Meredith, we were in the process of hiring and expanding, which was naturally leading to an evolution in our company.

Prior to engaging with Bloom, we were a bit overwhelmed. Our company is small; therefore, we all wear many different hats with everyone working on multiple projects and there wasn’t enough time in the day to accomplish all that needed to be done.
We had several goals in mind when coming to Bloom. We wanted to identify each team member’s strengths and their friction points, the team’s dynamics (how well we work together and how to improve upon this), the company’s strategy and goals (short-term and long-term), individual team member goals and accountabilities (by quarter), and to empower team members with individual coaching sessions.
Our results with Bloom have been nothing short of AMAZING! Meredith dives deep into the company to understand its culture and the business itself. All team members took the Hogan Assessment, which she then debriefed as a team. This was eye-opening and puts you in a vulnerable space. Meredith helps navigate tough situations, addressing the elephant(s) in the room and working through the uncomfortable. And if you allow yourself to sit in the vulnerability and use the assessment for improved self-awareness, you will come out a better individual; better for yourself, for your team, and for your personal relationships.
Having completed the Hogan assessment and strategy sessions, which we continue to do with Meredith on a quarterly basis, our team is now in a state of FLOW. You know that space where everyone is fully immersed, energized, focused, involved, and having fun while working together? Yeah, that’s us!
