Deep Dive meeting - Meet with Key leaders to understand initiatives and growth opportunities

Strategic Planning Day - Key leaders come together to identify strategic initiatives and activities they will commit  to achieve those.

Quarterly Follow ups ½ day -Quarterly follow-up meetings to continue the plan, make sure teams/individuals are still aligned, and identify the new activities needed to achieve the goals.

Accountability for Teams/Individuals - monthly meeting with teams/individuals to remove roadblocks and be an accountability partner to the activities.
